Yvonne Rhodes

Originally from Bavaria, Germany, Yvonne moved to Middle Tennessee in 2018 to settle with her family. She brings over 15 years of experience in the financial industry to INSBANK with knowledge in every aspect of banking. Previously, Yvonne has worked in different departments of banks. She started as a Teller, continued her journey as a financial coach, senior banker, consumer lender, and leader of new banking locations, to an Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager at INSBANK. Yvonne is the type of banker who enjoys learning strategies for businesses and how to optimize their operations with the right banking solutions. Yvonne and her husband, Brent, live in Clarksville area and have two young children and furr babies.

Jennifer Shepard

FVP, Director of Private Banking

Originally from Auburn, Alabama, Jennifer came to the Middle Tennessee area to attend Vanderbilt University and has lived here ever since. She brings over 30 years of banking experience to INSBANK as our Director of Private Banking. Jennifer is a graduate of Leadership Middle Tennessee, Leadership Brentwood, former board chair for Habitat for Humanity of Williamson-Maury, and a current board member of the Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee. She is also a member of the Brentwood Rotary Club. Jennifer and her husband, Scott, live in the Brentwood area. They have two grown-ish children, a daughter living in Texas and a son who is about to graduate from the US Air Force Academy.
